My ongoing position with Thales Australia. In this role I support a variety of synthetic training aids actively in use. My duties include carrying out hardware and software engineering changes, certification work, CAD, V&V, problem resolution, transverse management and additive manufacturing.  I continue to develop and record my Engineers Australia Stage 2 Competencies with the goal of eventually applying for Engineer Australia's chartered credential.

My initial scholarship/internship with Thales Australia. As a part of the Avionics team I helped develop simulators and various software solutions for the Australian Defence Force. I was lucky to work alongside and meet some brilliant engineers who taught me many useful skills - both specific to software development and the engineers mindset.
